Working on a project and experiencing a triangulation error or any other problems?
Send us a message and we will take a look.
Please upload files (.kcp, .pdf, .dwg etc...) which will help the support team diagnose the issue. Kubla Cubed Project files have the .kcp file extension and Kubla Ports Projects have a .kpp file extension. If you are getting an error, a screenshot of the error helps us see the context.
There is a 30MB total upload limit, so if a file is too large try zipping it first before upload.
